Our New Reagan and The 1986 Vaccine Injury Act (UPDATE)

In 1980 Ronald Reagan ran for President of the the United States of America. His campaign slogan was, "Let's Make America Great Again."

In 2016 Donald Trump ran for President of the United States of America. He chose to follow Reagan's campaign with the slogan "Make America Great Again."

In 1986 President Ronald Reagan signed the Vaccine Injury Act into law. This Act would go on to negate all liability in the case of injuries and death caused by their vaccines.

The reason behind this was in the early 1980's an anti DPT vaccine movement was taking place due to a growing number of encephalitis cases (brain swelling) taking place after receiving the DPT shot. People were refusing to get the vaccine and profits were declining. By 1985 only one vaccine manufacturer was still making the DPT shot, due to the increasing difficulty for the pharmaceutical companies to get liability insurance.

In short, they couldn't afford it, and the people no longer trusted it.

Under the Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC) worked to implement the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) which would put in place an easier more affordable way to get compensation in the case of vaccine injury or death. This program is funded by your tax dollars paid in the form of an excise tax at the time the vaccines are administered in the doctors office. So far over 4 billion dollars has been paid to cases of vaccine injury, death and autism.

The problem with this program is that over the years it has been tampered with by Congress adding amendments that protect the doctors, vaccine administrators, vaccine manufacturers/ pharmaceutical companies from liability in the case of injury or death. To add salt to the wound, they and the media outlets can promote and lie about the safety and effectiveness and about the number of injuries without any fear of getting sued.

The 1986 Vaccine Injury Act has allowed the Pharmaceutical Companies to literally get away with murder. Instead of the vaccine manufacturer being held liable, YOU the taxpayer are held liable for your own child's injury or death.

Who would you sue if a Playskool toy injured your child? Yourself? Or the company that made the product?

Who would be liable if Monsanto's Round Up gave your farmer Grandfather cancer? Your Grandfather? Or Monsanto..the company that made the product?

Who would be sued if a blood pressure medication injured your mother? Your mother? Or the pharmaceuitical company that made the blood pressure drug?

Vaccines are the only drug on the market that are protected from liability, even though the vaccine packaging contains an insert that lists possible side effects and death just like every other pharmaceutical drug.

When the 1986 Vaccine Injury Act IS REPEALED. The vaccine manufacturers will again be liable in the case of vaccine injury or death, and you will be able to sue them in a court of law with a real jury. AND the vaccine manufacturers will no longer have the motivation to pay your state representatives to vote state mandated vaccines (forced vaccines) into law.

An excerpt from a New York Times news article in 1986:

Mr. Reagan said he had approved the bill ''with mixed feelings'' because he had ''serious reservations'' about the vaccine compensation program.

Fast forward 35 years, Our New Reagan President has openly expressed serious reservations about the vaccine schedule, and believe's it is the cause of America's autism epidemic.

Our New Reagan believe's America's parents.

Our New Reagan refuses to be pressured by the pharmaceutical companies.

Reagan, listen to your reservations.

Repeal the 1986 Vaccine Injury Act.

Note: In light of the recent measles vaccine comment made by Trump..only time will tell if he is a puppet to big pharma or a genius. Mad Dad personally believes it is one hell of a poker bluff on Trump's part. The man does know how to play his cards, to get things done.

Maybe it was his cue to let the revolution begin...
